Beta Version 1.10 Released

Please see this blog post for more information on how to use mods, as well as a mod to actually play. This update contains support for mods as well as several odd text misalignments and possible bugs as it contains an incomplete Japanese translation, hence why it is released as a beta. If you just want the regular WHI experience, please use version 1.06.

Hard Mode is about halfway through development at this point, and the JP translation is just over halfway complete. More updates on those when they are closer to ready.
