-Fixed Caelyn's Gore Hit ability not providing a damage bonus to crits.

-Optimized the loaders to reduce VRAM usage by about 31MB and hard drive space by about 300MB. Should make the game load faster, too!
-Exposed (most/all) UI strings externally for translations.
-Fixed internal list sizes not being evaluated correctly due to static calls.
-Removed sell/buyback from skill purchase screen.
-Realigned the vendor UI to fix overlaps, made it so the help text won't overlap.
-Ingredients will no longer overlap if their names are really long (important for translations).
